The law is interwoven with every aspect of our lives, such that we find ourselves encountering aspects of the law with every step we take.

The law allows us to clarify matters precisely, and it applies to every man and woman without differentiation – because we are all equal in the eyes of the law.

By practicing what could be described as “the soul of the law,” law with a value-oriented perspective, it has been our experience that one can develop a dialogue – an atmosphere of discussion and of change – from within the standard legal system.

For this reason, we decided to establish the Shalem & Kerem Fund so that – alongside our professional work, which we continue to conduct in good faith – we can support activities and initiatives in a wide variety of areas.

We have chosen to be involved – to have an influence in areas of social responsibility, and support ideas that bring our country forward to a better place – by allocating a percentage of the firm’s annual earnings for use in the fund’s work and the distribution of financial assistance.

Each request will be evaluated and considered, and the fund’s managerial committee will distribute financial assistance several times a year.
