Lior has extensive experience in administrative and municipal law, specializing in the fields of planning and construction.

Lior has a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Haifa. He interned with the Director of the Administrative Department of the Tel Aviv District Attorney’s Office (civil).

Lior joined our firm after gaining experience in civil and administrative law in both the public and private sectors, having served as representative and legal counsel to local authorities and municipal planning and construction committees. He specializes in administrative law, planning and construction, municipal taxation, and civil and commercial litigation.

Lior is married to Shira, and they have 3 children.

He serves as a combat officer in reserve duty.

Lior loves cycling and cooking and is a history buff.
