Key Areas of Expertise
1 .Urban Renewal (Pinui Binui & TAMA 38)
Urban renewal projects demand careful balancing, as financial interests intersect with homeowners primary asset – their homes.
We believe that the key to success lies in the combination of uncompromising legal expertise
with strong emotional intelligence.
Our firm manages urban renewal projects from early feasibility assessments and negotiations between developers and residents to the final handover of keys and registration of
rights.
2. Real Estate Development & Complex Transactions
We offer comprehensive legal support for developers and contractors working on residential, commercial, and logistics projects.
Our expertise includes handling combination transactions, land acquisitions, and sales – creating
tailored legal and financial structures aligned with each client’s unique strategic goals.
3. Purchasing Groups (Kevutzot Rechisha)
Our team has significant expertise in leading purchasing groups through complex projects.
We represent both individual group members and organizing entities throughout every stage of the process: from group formation and land acquisition to securing financing, engaging consultants, completing construction, and final registration of Joint Property (“Bayit Meshutaf”).
4. Income-Generating Real Estate & Commercial Properties
We offer services for transactions involving income-generating properties, shopping centers, and commercial centers.
During the pre-acquisition due diligence, we thoroughly review, summarize, and analyze all existing lease
agreements to produce a detailed report on commercial and legal risks.
After the property is acquired or built, we continue to provide comprehensive legal management for the lessor and/or the property management company.
5. Real Estate in Judea & Samaria ("Ye'huda Ve'Shomron")
Our real estate team specializes and has extensive experience managing
real estate transactions and projects in the Judea and Samaria region
(“Yehuda Ve Shomron”).
This area is known for its complex legal and regulatory landscape, as laws and practices there differ significantly from those within the Green Line. Adv. Tsachi Hoftman and our dedicated team have the deep, specialized knowledge needed to handle interactions with local authorities, such as the Custodian of Abandoned and Government Property, the Settlement Division, the Israel Land Authority, and various
registration companies (Chavarot Meshachnot).
Our extensive experience includes managing some of the most significant real
estate transactions in the region in recent years. Additionally, we possess
rare, highly specialized expertise in urban renewal projects outside the
Green Line.
Our clients in this sector include leading development and
construction companies, as well as regional partnerships that rely on our
proven ability to handle this unique legal environment and guide complex projects toward successful completion.
6. Registration of Rights & Joint Properties ("Batim Meshutafim")
A real estate transaction is only truly complete when the client’s rights are
securely and permanently registered with the relevant authorities. Our Real
Estate Department manages the most complicated registration phases, which
serve as the “finish line” for every project or sale.
The firm’s expertise in this field includes the registration of Joint Properties
(“Batim Meshutafim”), guiding new developments, urban renewal projects, and purchasing groups to final registration stage at the Land Registry Office (Tabu).
This meticulous process requires precision and close coordination with land surveyors and planning authorities to ensure every unit is legally registered to its proper owner.
Our oversight guarantees clients peace of mind, knowing our expert legal support continues until their property rights are fully registered.
7. Dedicated Anglo Real Estate Division
Our firm has a dedicated division led by native English-speaking attorneys, making the Israeli real estate market accessible to new Olim, foreign residents, and international investors.
We bridge cultural and language barriers, guiding clients smoothly through local bureaucracy, banking institutions, and tax authorities to ensure a secure, transparent, and hassle-free transaction process.
